NoPlace is not an exhibition. It is an operating condition.
It rejects the idea of a place as a stable, recognisable container, replacing it with a field of forces that is constantly being redefined. There is no centre and no periphery: space is built through the relationships that cross it, expanding and contracting according to exchanges, presences and interferences.
In this context, identities become porous. The artist is no longer just a producer, the curator is no longer a guarantor, the public is no longer a recipient. The roles collapse into a shared practice, in which every participant acts as an active node in a network.
The reference is not the order of the exhibition but the logic of the rhizome: horizontal, non-linear growth, made of unpredictable connections, branchings and crossings. There is no single narrative, but a multiplicity of trajectories that coexist and contradict one another.
NoPlace does not arrange works in a space.
It creates the conditions for relationships to happen.
And in this shift, from object to process, from place to connection, it redefines the very idea of exhibiting.
